Welcome to Tresca
Welcome to Tresca, the historic house in Exeter which now houses a thriving community centre in the heart of the West Tamar valley, northern Tasmania.
While the house itself is owned by West Tamar Council, it is leased and run as Tresca Community Centre by an incorporated association whose committee meets monthly. A manager runs the centre on a day to day basis. Tresca Community Centre is a Member of NHT, Neighbourhood Houses Tasmania (previously known as TACH) and is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services. Tresca is run with the assistance of many volunteers, who work in the Op Shop, the Community Garden and undertake various other activities around the house & grounds to ensure the centre is a safe, welcoming environment. Tresca is open from 9-3 weekdays. Phone us on: 03 6394 4231 You can also send a message through the 'Contact Us' page or email us direct on tresca7275@hotmail.com |
